We know life happens and schedules can change. Because each appointment is reserved just for you, 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. For the quickest assistance, please call or text us directly at 469-408-8471. Email requests may not be seen in time and, for that reason, can’t always be accommodated. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged to the card on file for the reserved services. For longer appointments totaling two hours or more, we truly appreciate 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us time to reach out to our waitlist and offer that time to another guest. While not required, it’s a kindness we’re always grateful for. Thank you for understanding and for being so considerate of our small, boutique studio.
